About

Ela

Mihaela Siragusa (Ela), is a holistic multi-dimensional health practitioner who has developed specialties in acupuncture, yoga therapy and acumassa therapy.

MY STORY

The strong desire to be healthy, happy AND to help others live healthier, happier lives, turned into my profession a few decades ago.

This desire kicked into full gear when I became a professional athlete. To play volleyball at my very best, I focused on a regimen of staying pain and injury-free, eating and sleeping well, staying positive, and benefiting from a clear mind. Soon, my teammates were asking for advice and guidance. My passion to continue to help myself and others, led me to the study of Sport Massage and Kinesiology. As a result, I became the go-to specialist in massage therapy and kinesiology.

After moving to the United States, my knowledge and skills were elevated by earning a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture and Herbal Formulas) and becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist. By adding these necessary tools, I became better equipped to guide myself and my clients down a path of wellness and fulfillment.

My interest for learning, the passion to be better every day have formed the holistic and strategic approach that I now offer my clients. We team up to lessen pain and stress with acupuncture treatment and bodywork.

Concurrently, I empower my clients through an integrated daily yoga practice of postures, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation. It is my goal to assist clients to experience the peace and joy of a balanced body, mind and emotions, and to live life to the fullest.

If my approach whets your appetite to explore ways of improving and maintaining your health, come and meet me. Together, we can start a journey of lessening pain and stress.
